A home from home style three bedroom property, a short walk away to Milton's Bransbury Park & lovely parade of shops, cafes & bar. It has everything you need for short or long breaks :) Sleeps up to 6 in a Superking, double & two single beds. The Superking can also be split into two singles if requested.Relax and unwind in our warm and welcoming home from home. Located in the Milton area this three bedroom home has everything you could need for an enjoyable and hassle free stay.The property is a cosy terraced house with three upstairs bedrooms, a warm and relaxing open plan lounge/diner leading to a fully equipped and charming cottage style kitchen.There is a modern family bathroom downstairs with shower over bath.The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal and the property comes with tea, coffee, sugar & milk sachets.There is a seperate utility area with washing machine, iron/ironing board and clothes airer provided. Also a handy space to keep wellies and coats in the winter months!A courtyard garden gives that little extra space to enjoy the longer summer evenings, although there is a small parade of shops in the local Milton village just at a short walk away with bars, shops & small restaurants to explore too!Bed linen and towels are also provided with the property for your convenience.There is free WiFi and a TV in the living room.Please note the house is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, ideal for exploring the city but out of respect for our neighbours we cannot allow parties and events of any kind, noise must be kept to a minimum and quiet hours observed.Any report of excessive noise could result in your stay being terminated immediately.Guests have the entire property to themselves for the duration of their booking.Should you have any urgent queries, maintenance issues, or emergencies during your stay, don't hesitate to contact our property manager. You will be sent the emergency contact numbers on your arrival message 24 hours before check-in.We reserve the right to terminate your stay if any parties, anti social incidents or excessive noise is reported.
