Comfortable bedding ensures a restful night's sleep, and ample storage space allows you to settle in and make yourself at home.A comfortable and clean blue bathroom with shower over bath and a separate closet for longer says and more storage needs. Enjoy the convenience of modern fixtures for a refreshing shower or a soak in the tub.Whether you're here for the beach, shopping, or local attractions, you'll find everything just a stone's throw away.The apartment is located on the first floor with only shared communal access with one other apartment, having garages below. The parking space is free to use for your stay but is only suited to cars and not long or large vans.Guests will have private access to the entire property throughout their stay.Please note there is only one parking space which can be used for your stay, the road itself is permit or pay at meter just in the next road (south parade) and the parking space you can use for your stay is only suitable for cars and not large vans.The property is a lovely home in a quiet area, out of respect for neighbours we request that noise is kept to normal levels at all times and to a minimum at nighttime during quiet hours. No parties or events are permitted.We reserve the right to cancel your stay should excessive noise levels or additional guests be reported.
